1 General Terms & Contractual Basis

5 Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed
• Odds for pre-match bets are fixed at the time of placement; live bet odds are subject to change

In cricket, if the required number of overs is not completed (minimum 5 overs in T20), the bet is void and the stake is refunded. Results determined by the DLS method are considered final. In football, a match is generally deemed valid if more than half of it has been completed.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms and conditions violation

• In case of suspected money laundering
• Extended periods of inactivity (typically 12 months)

You may also request to close your account at any time. It is recommended that you withdraw your available balance before closure.

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

288 365 is not liable for the following:

• If any bet is missed due to an internet connection failure
• If a deposit is delayed due to third-party service issues (e.g., mobile banking)
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence
• In the event of unexpected technical issues causing temporary service disruption

10 Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions

288 365 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
